Refund Policy - Navigo Academy

At Navigo Academy, we strive to deliver high-quality training and learning experiences.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be issued for our courses and services. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Course Enrollment and Payments

  • All course enrollments are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable).

  • Once enrolled, students gain access to course materials, support, or sessions — either online or offline.

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course details and agree to the terms of participation.

2. Cancellation by Student

  • Students may cancel their enrollment before the course start date by notifying us via email at info@navigoacademy.com.

  • Once a course has started, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

  • For pre-booked batches, cancellation requests received within 48 hours of enrollment may be eligible for partial refund, depending on the case and administrative charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

✅ If the course is cancelled or discontinued by Navigo Academy.
✅ If the student has made duplicate payments due to a technical or transactional error.
✅ If the refund request meets our time and usage conditions listed below.

Refund Not Applicable In The Following Cases:

  • If the student has accessed course materials or attended live/recorded sessions.

  • If the student fails to attend the course or is dissatisfied due to personal expectations.

  • If the student violates Navigo Academy’s terms, code of conduct, or policies.

  • For services such as career counseling, placement support, or certification once initiated.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@navigoacademy.com with valid payment details and reason for request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.

  • Any processing or gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Course Transfer or Batch Change

  • In exceptional cases, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course of equal or lesser value.

  • Such changes are subject to approval by Navigo Academy and batch availability.

  • Additional charges may apply if the new course fee is higher.

6. Cancellation by Navigo Academy

  • Navigo Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course or batch due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or technical issues.

  • In such cases, students will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to another course/batch without extra cost.

7. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

For online, self-paced, or downloadable courses, no refunds will be issued once access credentials or materials have been shared.
