Refund and Returns Policy

At Navigo Academy, we value your trust and aim to deliver the best learning experience. This Refund and Returns Policy explain the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation.

1. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Once you enroll in a course and complete the payment, your seat is reserved.
  • Payments are accepted via secure online methods only.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the course is canceled by Navigo Academy.If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our side.
  • If you request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment (before accessing more than 20% of the course content).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You have completed or accessed more than 20% of the course.
  • You fail to attend live/online classes due to personal reasons.
  • You request a refund after the eligible period.
  • You misuse course material or share access with others.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at info@navigoacademy.com with your enrollment details.
  • Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
